1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Healthy mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

HEALTHY IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. * Informational Purposes Only: The App is a tool for tracking and organization. All content, including health logs, medication reminders, and habit tracking, is for informational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
Emergency Situations: Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have recorded or read in the App. In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

3. DATA AND PRIVACY

Local Storage: You acknowledge that your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for creating backups using the App’s encrypted backup feature.
Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from app uninstallation, device failure, or forgotten encryption keys.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments: Purchases (such as “Remove Ads”) are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store. We do not process refunds directly.
Lifetime Access: “Lifetime” refers to the life of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party networks (Google AdMob). By using the App, you agree to the presence of these advertisements. You may opt to remove advertisements through a one-time In-App Purchase.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of health data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
