We are committed to keeping your data safe, especially your sensitive information.
- Local Storage: By default, all data you enter into Clever Organizer (including tasks, notes, and passwords) is stored locally on your device.
- Password Security: The credentials stored in the “Passwords” section are encrypted locally on your device. We do not transmit your unencrypted passwords to any external servers, nor do we have access to them*.*
- Cloud Syncing: If you choose to enable cloud synchronization, your data will be transmitted securely using standard encryption protocols.
5. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed via the Google Play Store and/or Microsoft Store. Microsoft or Google may collect certain data (such as download metrics, crash logs, and hardware configurations) in accordance with their Privacy Statement.
Analytics and Crashlytics data are collected through Firebase and/or Sentry, Microsoft Clarity
Aside from services required to run the App, we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or app data to third parties.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, depending on the update, providing a notice within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
